✨ Lucky Scoop 3.0
THE NEW CHAPTER
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my Lucky Scoop be prepared like the videos?
Yes. Every Lucky Scoop is prepared with the same care and packing standard shown in our videos.
Each Scoop is unique, but the preparation and packaging standard remains the same.
Purchasing a Packing Video simply means your order will be filmed and posted on our social media — it does not change the jewelry, gifts, Gacha items, or packaging included in your order.
Can I share my preferences?
Absolutely. You can leave your preferences in the Order Note or email us at veneajewelry@outlook.com.
Tell us about the jewelry styles you love, your favorite colors, or a piece you especially liked from one of our videos.
We'll use your preferences as a reference whenever possible while keeping the Lucky Scoop experience a surprise.
Specific items cannot be guaranteed.
When will my order arrive?
Each order is carefully prepared and packed by hand, so orders are typically ready to ship within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 10–15 business days.
During restocks or busy periods, preparation may take an additional 1–3 business days.
We ship to many countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $59 USD or more.
For orders below $59 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
You'll see the shipping cost before completing your purchase — no hidden fees.
What is your return & refund policy?
We want you to feel confident shopping with VENEA.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us first at veneajewelry@outlook.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Once an approved return is received, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
